3/2/2018 - We would like to thank all those who helped to make our last two concerts with Cosy Sheridan & Dar Williams such a great success. A special thanks goes to our sponsors, RAPZ, Import Auto & UPR. And, of course, thanks to all those who attended. As Cosy said, 'millions are being spent to keep you at home'. Thanks for coming! Without your support these shows would not be possible. More concerts are coming soon!
1/25/2018 - $15 students tickets now available for the Dar Williams reading and performance on 2/23. Student ID will be required at the door.
12/22/2017 - Tickets available now for two new concerts coming in Feb. 2018
The Logan Artists' Gallery will be teaming up with the Bridger Folk Music Society in welcoming Dar Williams concert-goers to the Bullen Center on 2/23/2018. The gallery will be open for the concert. So come early, and see what our local artists are doing by visiting the gallery.
You won't want to miss this rare opportunity! An artist with Dar's accomplishments doesn't make it to little Logan very often.
Dar Williams' latest book, What I Found in 1,000 Towns - A Traveling Musician's Guide to Rebuilding America's Communities: One Coffee Shop, Dog Run, and Open-Mike Night at a Time, is a hit! According to Kirkus Reviews, "The singer/songwriter builds on decades as a touring performer to offer bracing examples of small cities that have found ways to thrive." Kirkus endorses the book, saying, "During a time of political, economic, and social upheaval across the United States, Williams’ grounded optimism is refreshing." Dar Williams' concert will include readings from this book, and we hope to have some autographed copies available.
Here's another "Beat those Winter Inversion Blues" opportunity-- Cosy Sheridan will perform with Charlie Koch in Logan on February 10th. Cosy, a local favorite, has appeared in concert in Logan more than 6 times. She recorded part of one of her live albums here in the 1990's. According to Sue Jelus, who has produced her last few concerts here, "We need our Cosy therapy in February! We laugh. We cry. It's a dose of honest emotion. And we all leave feeling much better." With Cosy in town, you just might be able to skip a visit to that $100/hour therapist in February.

8/31/2016 - Bridger Folk kicks off a new season with 3hattrio from Utah’s Zion Canyon Country. Come join us and experience their outstanding musicianship and unique sound--American Desert Music--which responds to the natural world. They express the desert experientially from a daily-ness of watching light off distant mesas and hearing the way sound plays off sheer sandstone cliffs. Then they play music. They don’t over-think it.
3hattrio’s new CD, “Solitaire,” will be released September 9. The concert in Logan will feature many of the groups new songs. An 8 minute documentary about 3hattrio will be released by Radio/Video West in September and the group has just been booked at a prestigious festival in Glasgow, Scotland this winter. This will be 3hattrio’s first European tour.
